Inspections by a NIA Certified Thermal Insulation Inspector during the construction phase help protect your investment by verifying that project specifications are followed. This may range from using proper storage and handling, to proper installation methods as outlined in those specifications.

It is critical to inspect existing insulation, not only to ensure optimal efficiency, but to also identify areas that may be written up in an audit such as personnel protection issues and failed insulation systems. During our inspection, we will identify areas where Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) or Chloride Stress Corrosion Cracking (CSCC) could occur.
